When answering the phone, our company will identify him or her self and the department in which (s)he works. 3. Staff will assist customers on a first come, first served basis to the extent possible without infringing on the service needs of other customers. 4. In the cases where we can't supply the clients requested products as a result of high demands. Our company will substitute the product for one of equal or higher value. 5. If a customer is unsatisfied with the service received or about our policy, they will be referred to the senior staff on duty or directly to the company director.
